This weekend I also baked heart-shaped cinnamon cookies for us:

Yum. My trick? This is a standard flattened-ball style of sugar cookie, so to make the heart I rolled the ball, pinched one end, used a knife edge to cut into the top, split the cut apart, then squished with my palm on the cookie sheet. Easy-peasy and very cute.
